We plan to launch the first phase of Buyside Connect in early next year, providing direct connectivity between IROs and the buy side. In the same timeframe, we will launch a new landing page on Thomson ONE Investor Relations to provide customers with a dashboard view of the analytics most critical to their daily workflow.

Content and analytics

We will launch updated ownership reports later this year which are designed to help our customers quickly and accurately glean the actionable insight resulting from recent trading activity across the company and its peers. We will also release the first phase of our ownership analytics, which will help our analysts quickly mine through the vast breadth of content available across Thomson Reuters to provide customers with even more timely insight.

In June 2008, we enhanced our IR Web site offering so customers can provide information in almost any language. Later this year we will release enhanced post-event reports to help customers measure the impact of their communications better.

The release of Reuters News across the Thomson ONE platform is already complete.

Connectivity

The release of Reuters Messaging onto the Thomson ONE platform brings together the global sell and buy side community in a single secure instant messaging environment. This functionality will be available to the IR community in early 2009.

Supporting Technology

Our corporate services leverage Akamai Technologies to provide maximum uptime and speed of delivery to our customers worldwide. Though our applications originate in the United States, Akamai’s Application Acceleration and Content Caching technologies allow our IR Web sites, webcasts, and Thomson ONE IR platforms to be hosted on 30,000 servers across the globe.
