Nancy Gardner

Nancy Gardner leads the global team that provides legal and regulatory services to Thomson Reuters financial and media businesses worldwide.
Previously, Ms. Gardner served as Reuters Global Head of Compliance and General Counsel for the Americas, and held a number of management positions in Reuters Americas legal department.
Prior to joining Reuters, Ms. Gardner worked for Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
Ms. Gardner is on the Board of Directors of the Organization for International Investment, a trade organization that represents the interests of the US businesses of non-US companies, and Junior Achievement of New York, a charity whose mission is to inspire young people to be successful.
Ms. Gardner received a B.A. magna cum laude from Duke University and a J.D. magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center.
