John M. Thompson

Mr. Thompson is a member of the Audit and Corporate Governance Committees. He has been a director since 2003.
Mr. Thompson was Vice Chairman of the Board of IBM from August 2000 to September 2002. Prior to that, he held various senior executive positions with IBM.
Mr. Thompson is also a director of Royal Philips Electronics N.V. and The Toronto-Dominion Bank.
