Ken Olisa

Mr. Olisa is a member of the Thomson Reuters Audit Committee. He joined the Board of Reuters Group PLC in April 2004. Mr. Olisa is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Reuters Foundation.
Mr. Olisa is the Founder and Chairman of Restoration Partners Limited, a boutique technology merchant bank. He is former Chairman (2000-2006) and CEO of Interregnum plc which he founded in 1992.
Mr. Olisa is also a director of Open Text Corporation and Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation PLC.
