Lawton Fitt

Ms. Fitt is a member of the Thomson Reuters Audit Committee. She joined the Board of Reuters Group PLC in July 2004. Ms. Fitt is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Reuters Foundation.
Until 2005, Ms. Fitt was Secretary (Chief Executive) of the Royal Academy of Arts. Previously, she served as a Partner and Managing Director of Goldman Sachs & Co.
Ms. Fitt is also a director of CIENA Corporation and Overture Acquisitions Corp.
