Ms. Cirillo is a member of the Corporate Governance and Human Resources Committees and has been a director since 2005.
Ms. Cirillo was Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Opcenter, LLC, an internet consulting firm, from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, Ms. Cirillo served as Chief Executive Officer of Global Institutional Services at Deutsche Bank.
Ms. Cirillo is also a director of Healthcare Property Investors, Inc., DealerTrack Holdings, Inc. and ACE Ltd.
