Robert D. Daleo

Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer


Robert D. Daleo is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Thomson Reuters.  He served as Chief Financial Officer of The Thomson Corporation since 1997, and was named to The Thomson Corporation's Board of Directors in early 2001.  Previously, Mr. Daleo was the Executive Vice President of Business Operations and Planning, and prior to that was the Senior Vice President of Finance and Business Development.

Mr. Daleo also was the Chief Operating Officer of Thomson Newspapers and a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Thomson Newspapers when he joined the company in 1994.  

Before joining Thomson, Mr. Daleo held various financial and operational positions with McGraw-Hill and Automatic Data Processing.

Mr. Daleo is on the board of directors of Equifax Inc. and the New Jersey Community Development Corporation.  He is a member of Fordham University's President's Council and a former member of the Advisory Board of Rutgers University's Prudential Center for Business Ethics.  Mr. Daleo is a past Chairman of Northwestern Mutual Insurance Company's Policyowners Examining Committee.

Mr. Daleo holds an undergraduate degree from Fordham University and an M.B.A. in finance from the City University of New York.
