Thomson Reuters Extel Survey 2008 Highlights Excellence in IR
London - Thomson Reuters, the world's leading source of intelligent information for businesses and professionals, today announced the leading Pan-European companies and professionals for IR as voted for in the 35th Thomson Reuters Extel Survey.
The 2008 Thomson Reuters Extel Survey ran from 30 March to 30 May 2008 and voting was primarily conducted online. The Survey reflects the record contribution of over 7,500 professionals from 1,615 buy-side firms, over 1,500 analysts from 150 brokerage firms/research houses and 450 of Europe's largest quoted companies worldwide. All data, votes received and methodology applied were independently checked and verified by Deloitte.
The key winners in the 2008 Survey are:
- Leading Pan-European Quoted Company for IR (based on all votes): E.ON AG
- Leading Pan-European IR Professional (based on all votes): Kiran Bhojani, E.ON AG
- Leading Pan-European CFO: Lawrence Rosen, Fresenius Medical Care AG
- Leading UK company for IR: Reckitt Benckiser
