Intended to be transparent and easily understood, the stock ratings analyze key trends in earnings, fundamental, relative valuation, price momentum, risk, and insider trading. Unique content, such as proven insider scores and stock seasonality, is available throughout the reports.

Stock Report

A comprehensive daily report with proprietary stock ratings, along with the underlying component indicators and supportive data elements. This independent research report in a 5-page or 10-page format is driven entirely by market data. Peer analysis compares a company’s metrics to those of its ten closest peers, and an automated text-generation system provides specific stock and industry highlights.

Company-In-Context Report

Customized stock reports are created with select data, ratings, and value-add content that clients can incorporate into their research suites. The reports can be white-labeled with specified formatting and can also include client data.

Insider Models

Insider Filing Feed

A data feed designed to capture all insider activity in line-by-line detail as reported on Forms 3, 4, 5, and 144 filed with the SEC. Our unique data cleansing process adds value by making systematic interpretations on the accuracy of as-reported data and inserting “cleansed” fields for comparison. A cleanse code is also included to denote the overall level of confidence in each record. An average returns file reveals which insiders’ prior trades have been the most predictive of subsequent stock returns.

Insider Aggregate Feed

A unique data feed that aggregates multiple insider transactions reported on each filing into a single record. It contains data for purchases, sales, option exercises, stock gifts, stock awards, and proposed sales in a format that is easily understandable and is ideal for a retail audience.

Insider Corporate Executive Feed

A listing of a company's current and historical executives with summary information on their filing history from annual company proxies, an insider's most recently reported Forms 3, 4, 5, and 144, and additional contact information from an independent source.

Insider Wealth Feed

A data feed providing a summary of an individual's common stock holdings, compensation, and company addresses. The information is captured from annual company proxies as well as the individual’ most recently reported Forms 3, 4, 5, and 144.

Broker 144 Report

A proprietary broker competitive intelligence report that contains a market share analysis based on the fifty brokerage firms which account for the greatest dollar value of insider proposed sales activity from Form 144 filings. An additional add-on report helps firms with wealth prospecting by listing individual insiders, their companies, and their locations alongside the brokerage firms that will facilitate the insiders’ sales.

Insider Trading Model V1

A quantitative stock ranking system that provides company-level scores on a weekly basis ranging from +4 (strong buy) to -4 (strong sell) for the largest 3,000 U.S. companies. The scores are based on the relationship between recent insider trading and subsequent stock returns using criteria for insider role, trade volume, consensus activity, proven insider score, and market capitalization.

Insider Trading Model V2

A quantitative stock ranking system that provides company-level scores on a daily basis ranging from +4 (strong buy) to -4 (strong sell) for the largest 5,000 U.S. companies and ADRs. The scores are based on the relationship between recent insider trading and subsequent stock returns using criteria for trade volume, holdings ratio, insider role, proposed sales, insider buying or selling trends, and option activity.
