Check your version of TicTie Calculate
There are currently 2 versions of TicTie Calculate available 5.x and 6.x.
- Version 5.x is a stand-alone product that offers online license management and custom bookmark templates.
- Version 6.x is offered as part of the SafeSend Preferred and Premium tiers. It includes online options to manage users and create custom bookmark templates.
- Version 5.x and 6.x have a sign-in/sign-out option and a Manage Account option.
To determine which version you have:
- Select the TicTie Calculate menu in Adobe Acrobat.
- Select Check for Update to verify the version number.
Version 6.x
Version 6.x is included as part of the SafeSend Preferred and Premium tiers.
To check if you have this version of TicTie Calculate, an Administrator on your SafeSend account can check your tier:
- Select the navigation icon in the top corner.
- Select Account Management, then My Company in the side panel.
- Go to the Subscription Tier to view your tier.
