TicTie Calculate missing from Adobe

TicTie Calculate may not automatically appear as a shortcut even if it's installed.

The following applies to TicTie Calculate version 5.x and 6.x. Refer to the Check your version of TicTie Calculate article for more information.

If you can't find TicTie Calculate in your Adobe tools, follow these steps:

  1. Select Tools.
  2. Find TicTie Calculate and select Add.

If TicTie isn't available to add to the Tools menu:

  1. Make sure you meet all System Requirements.
  2. Make sure Adobe is closed when you try to install TicTie Calculate and that you're logged in to your Acrobat account.
  3. In Adobe, select Help, then check for updates and repair the installation.
  4. If Adobe Reader is installed, uninstall Reader and TicTie Calculate, then re-install TicTie Calculate.
  5. Make sure your .NET framework is up to date. You can download the latest version from Microsoft® here:
    • 64-bit Adobe
    • 32-bit Adobe
  6. Go to the Currently in Certified Mode section and select No.
    1. If the Currently in Certified Mode section shows Yes, you need to uninstall and reinstall TicTie Calculate.
    2. This means Adobe doesn't recognize the plug-in is installed.
