  <title>TicTie Calculate missing from Adobe</title>

    <p>TicTie Calculate may not automatically appear as a shortcut even if it's installed. </p>
    <note>The following applies to TicTie Calculate version 5.x and 6.x. Refer to the <xref format="dita" href="GUID-23eecd5e-e78f-43ed-837e-166c5448ed24-enHYPHENus.dita" scope="local">Check your version of TicTie Calculate</xref> article for more information.</note>
    <p>If you can't find TicTie Calculate in your Adobe tools, follow these steps:</p>
    <ol>
      <li>Select <uicontrol>Tools</uicontrol>.</li>
      <li>Find <uicontrol>TicTie Calculate</uicontrol> and select <uicontrol>Add</uicontrol>.</li>
    </ol>
    <p>If TicTie isn't available to add to the Tools menu:</p>
    <ol>
      <li>Make sure you meet all System Requirements.</li>
      <li>Make sure Adobe is closed when you try to install TicTie Calculate and that you're logged in to your Acrobat account. </li>
      <li>In Adobe, select <uicontrol>Help</uicontrol>, then check for updates and repair the installation.</li>
      <li>If Adobe Reader is installed, uninstall Reader and TicTie Calculate, then re-install TicTie Calculate. </li>
      <li>Make sure your .NET framework is up to date. You can download the latest version from Microsoft® here:
        <ul>
          <li><xref format="html" href="https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/thank-you/runtime-desktop-6.0.35-windows-x64-installer" scope="external">64-bit Adobe</xref> </li>
          <li><xref format="html" href="https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/thank-you/runtime-desktop-6.0.35-windows-x86-installer" scope="external">32-bit Adobe</xref> </li>
        </ul>
      </li>
      <li>Go to the <wintitle>Currently in Certified Mode</wintitle> section and select <uicontrol>No</uicontrol>.
        <ol>
          <li>If the <wintitle>Currently in Certified Mode</wintitle> section shows <uicontrol>Yes</uicontrol>, you need to uninstall and reinstall TicTie Calculate. </li>
          <li>This means Adobe doesn't recognize the plug-in is installed. </li>
        </ol>
      </li>
    </ol>
