Saving a backup to an alternate location

To save a backup to an alternative location:
  1. Close Software Assistant.
  2. The Verify and Backup Data window should appear if you haven't completed a backup for the day. If this window doesn't appear, go to Start and open Verify and Backup Data.
  3. Mark Prompt to save backup file to alternative location option.
  4. Select Proceed.
  5. Once the backup has completed, you'll be prompted where you want to save the backup file. Select the location and then select Save.
