User bulletins for DT FileCabinet are stored in the $GLOBAL drawer. User bulletins explain changes to DT FileCabinet in its latest release.
To access the user bulletins, expand the $GLOBAL drawer, and then expand the DT FileCabinet User Bulletins folder.
