Disable a user's access

Follow these steps to disable a user's access to Engagement Manager.
  1. Open GoFileRoom.
    Engagement Manager user accounts are created and maintained in GoFileRoom.
  2. Select
    Administration
    , then
    Manage Users and Groups.
  3. Select the
    Users
     tab.
  4. In the
    Select User
     field, select the user whose Engagement Manager access you want to disable.
  5. Clear the
    Engagement Manager User
     checkbox and select
    Save
    .
