Add client contacts to send document requests
You need to add client contacts to Engagement Manager to send document requests.
You can add client contacts before you create a document request or you can also add client contacts while creating a new document request.
Sign in to Engagement Manager, choose an engagement, then select the
Communications
tab.
Select
Manage contacts
.
Select
Add
.
Complete the required fields, then select
Save
.
