Configure Document Search results list in GoFileRoom

You can configure the Document Explorer view of Document Search to change how documents display in each drawer and which columns are included in the search results list.
  1. Select
    Search Documents
    , then
    Document Search
    .
  2. Select
    Document Explorer
    .
  3. Select Explorer Settings
    Explorer Settings
    .
  4. Choose a drawer.
  5. In the
    First group by
    section, choose an index.
  6. You can use
    Then by
    sections to choose up to two more indexes to group items.
  7. Select
    Save
    .
The next time you next use Document Explorer to search, GoFileRoom will display only the documents that match the keyword search for the
First group by
and
Then by
criteria.
