Configure Document Search results list in GoFileRoom
You can configure the Document Explorer view of Document Search to change how documents display in each drawer and which columns are included in the search results list.
Select
Search Documents
, then
Document Search
.
Select
Document Explorer
.
Select
Explorer Settings
.
Choose a drawer.
In the
First group by
section, choose an index.

If you group items by an index value associated with a lookup list, you can also choose to display linked values. For example, if you group by
Client Name
, you can mark the
Show Client Number
checkbox to show the
Client Number
.
You can use

sections to choose up to two more indexes to group items.
