Save Classic Search criteria in GoFileRoom
Follow these steps to save your Classic Search criteria to use at a later time.
- SelectSearch Documents, thenClassic Search.
- Select the drawer you want to search.
- Enter values in the indexes fields you want to search.
- SelectOptions, thenSave Search.
- Enter a name for your search.
- SelectOK.
You can now select your saved search from the Options menu.
note
- You can save up to 20 searches.
- When you save more than 20 searches, each subsequently saved search will replace the oldest saved search.
- You can't use the following characters when naming a search: &, <, >, ", ~, or %.
- You can also selectOptionsthenLast Ten Viewed Docsto display a search results page that includes the last 10 documents you opened.
