Access tools and features from the GoFileRoom Home screen

You can quickly access the following workflow-related tools and features from the Home screen of GoFileRoom.
  • To go to the Home screen, select
    Home
     in the GoFileRoom toolbar.
My Alerts - Notification Rules
  • Select
    My Alerts
     to display your alerts.
  • Select
    Notification Rules
     to display notification rules that have been created.
My Tasks (routed to me) - My Work
  • Select
    My Tasks
     to display tasks assigned to you.
  • Select
    My Work
     to open the My Work screen.
My Recent Documents - Search
  • Select
    My Recent Documents
     to display documents you've edited, viewed, scanned, or indexed.
  • Select
    Search
     to open the Document Search screen. Here you can search using Index Search or Document Explorer.
My Links
  • Select
    My Links
     to display your preferred external websites.
