Create and edit an engagement template

You'll need to have the security permissions needed to complete this task.
Use templates to quickly create new engagements in Engagement Manager. Templates are based on commonly-used folder structures. You can create and edit engagement templates to meet your firm's needs.
  1. In Engagement Manager, select
    Setup
    , then
    Engagement Templates
    .
  2. Select
    Add
    , then
    Add template
    .
  3. Enter a template name, select a template type and source, then select
    Save
    .
  4. On the
    Workpapers
    tab, select Add button with plus icon.
    Add
    , then
    Folder
    or
    Workpaper
    to set up the structure of the engagement template.
  5. To edit an engagement template, select the template, then Manage button with gear icon
    Manage
    .
  6. To edit folders and workpapers within a template, select the item, then Manage button with gear icon
    Manage
    .
