Engagement Manager Office Client Add-in update to version 25.2

An updated version of the Engagement Manager Office Client Add-in is now available.
The new version of the add-in resolves an issue affecting only UK users, where the Workpaper reference link was not opening inserted Workpapers.

GoFileRoom and Engagement Manager support the current version and one prior version of the Office Client Add-in. If your firm experiences any issues, verify that your users have the latest version of the Engagement Manager Office Client Add-in installed.

Miscellaneous issues resolved

Journal Entry testing is now supported.
Inventory subledger is now supported.
Ensured that subsegments are created when the 'apply' button is selected, without triggering a warning message.
Restored the display of columns in workpapers for cash accounts when exporting.

Restored all lines of text in submitted client forms when viewed in PDF.
Corrected the display of toaster messages when adding or updating contacts.
We have ensured that all tooltips are displayed when hovering over informative icons.
An issue was preventing success messages from appearing when users unfinalized engagements with CC requests.
Ensured alerts are implemented for mandatory fields that are empty when creating a request.
Corrected the date format in items received for UK users, ensuring regional standards.

Engagement Manager

The tab on the Journal entry page is now highlighted when active, to give users a visual indication of current section in use.
Fixed an issue where deleting a row did not automatically update the total. Now, the total updates upon deletion, without requiring the user to save changes first.
Restored the capability to successfully search all available accounts after adding first entry, even when having more than 500 accounts.

We have ensured the capability to add up to 200 external workpapers simultaneously for UK users.
Restored successful upload of documents larger than 95 MB.
Resolved functionality issues when trying to preview workpapers.
Fixed an issue that did not allow users to delete signoffs from workpaper properties while viewing in another tab. Additionally, when deleting the signoff, corrected the redirection of users back to the workpaper tab instead of being redirected to the Engagement dashboard.
We ensured that sorting options are maintained when applied.

Column lengths are maintained when changing the properties or structure of the trial balance.
Addressed an issue in fund-structured engagements, when editing the fund template, the added sub fund was not being correctly assigned to the specific selected category.

Corrected an issue with tabs when opening planning forms and audit program completion view forms.

Other miscellaneous issues

Addressed an issue that caused the loading icon to persist during roll forward process, avoiding the execution to complete for a specific engagement.
We restored the column types in the View wizard by eliminating the duplicate Federal Tax column and other columns that did not apply to Consolidated engagements. This was present whether creating the Consolidated engagement from setup or changing from the properties.
The previous fix will also ensure the correct update of adjusted balances to the federal tax.
Corrected an issue that did not allow user to add workpapers from templates, which was caused by corrupt data.
We resolved a server error related to a 'rounding issue' that appeared when trying to apply filters or use the View wizard.
Assisted users with permanently deleting specific workpapers and corrected an issue with two recycle bins appearing in the engagement.
Fixed an issue where user could not filter documents added from GFR based on client name.
