Audit Intelligence Test

Each document is accessible via a hyperlink, even if it has no results.
This eliminates the need to navigate back to find supporting evidence for documents without results.

Invoice Logic:
Attempt to find a match after normalization and using a combination of fields to find a match.
Line-Item Matching:
Matches are no longer restricted to invoice totals; individual invoice line items are considered.

Updated header names are recognized automatically.
Users can manually overwrite mappings, and changes will be saved.
AIT intelligently attempts column mapping when header rows are entered.

Audit Intelligence Analyze

Users will be prevented from uploading corrupt/password protected files.
Additional checks include verifying the data schema present across multiple-sheet General Ledger files, column headings, and enforcement of single-sheet only rule for Trial Balance files.
The microsite has been updated to include suggestions on minimum required data points for each file type to expedite and streamline the file upload process.

Users will now see informational banners on the AIA overview page when a dataset has been updated because of a new data request.
Several performance improvements have been made for the Journal Entry module to reduce the average wait time for a new analysis and enhance the user experience.
Users will now be able to navigate away from AIA to any EM screens while an analysis is in progress rather than having to wait for it to complete.

Engagement Manager

New endpoints for workpaper related functions including: Adding a workpaper less than 95 MB, adding a workpaper more than 95 MB in chunks, delete a workpaper to the recycle bin, sign off workpapers, move a workpaper, edit workpaper properties, get workpaper properties, and get the workpapers tree structure.
The endpoint for adding accounts has been improved to save M3 tax code assignment, and Workpaper reference assignment while adding the account.

Corrected an issue that provoked a red banner error message while trying to create a TB Division report with Adjusting JE columns, from the WP tab.
Implemented an upload progress indicator when replacing a placeholder with a large external workpaper (e.g. 95 MB). Actions remain disabled during this process.
The Confirmation button has been removed from the Workpapers toolbar and moved to the Links menu. Full Confirmation integration can be enabled from Engagement Properties.

For GoSystem Tax and ProSystem FX Tax, we've updated the order of the tax codes in the Setup/Tax Codes screen, and the Tax code reports, now sorted in filing order (form line and schedule); to match return entry order.
Fixed an issue where the new Engagement Manager login screen prevented password manager software from auto‑filling the username field.
Implemented enhancements to prevent Roll forward fails:
When creating an engagement, the Report release date must now be a valid date within the allowed range (e.g., in 2025, up to 2125); invalid entries such as 12/31/9999 will prevent saving and will display an alert message.
During the Roll forward wizard, we now detect duplicate Workpapers sharing DocId (excluding WPs in Recycle Bin) and display a listing with guidance to delete duplicates before continuing.
Users with GFR's Internal User Administration permission can now access the EM Manage Users screen to add users, change permissions, and set initials. This is limited to non-administrator users only, and edits remain subject to the EM "Modify Security" permission.
Restored the Cancel button when Send to PDF stalls in an in‑progress state.
We've added a "Skip to main content" link on the home Dashboard that becomes visible on focus, allowing keyboard and screen reader users to go directly to the grid for faster navigation.
Updated the Competitive Conversions Utility link (25.9) that will now look at the new installation location for the Tax Code database file.
