Import account groupings in Engagement Manager
Trial Balance
Import account groupings in Engagement Manager
Follow these steps to import your firm's account groupings or account groupings from another engagement.
In Engagement Manager, select
Setup
, then
Account Groupings
.
Select
Import
on the Account Groupings section.
Select
Engagement
or
Spreadsheet
as the source, then
Next
.
If you selected
Engagement
:
Select client and engagement, select a client, then select
Next
.
Select an engagement, then select
Next
twice.
Select the account grouping you want to import from the Original account grouping name dropdown.
Enter a name for the new account grouping in the Account Grouping destination name field, then select
Done
.
If you selected
Spreadsheet
:
Drag and drop the file or
Browse
for the file you want to import, then
Next
.
Select the worksheet that the grouping to be imported is on in the spreadsheet.
Select the Type as
New
or
Existing
.
If New create a name for the grouping, if Existing select the name of the existing grouping from the dropdown menu, then
Next
.
Map the columns to be imported to the Column Type, then
Done
.
