Edit GoFileRoom documents offline

The ControlPanel has an offline mode that allows users who are disconnected from the internet to access local versions of files stored in GoFileRoom.
Local files that are checked out can be accessed offline. You can now edit and save files locally and upload them to GoFileRoom when connected.
Follow these steps to use offline mode.
  1. Open the GoFileRoom ControlPanel and select
    Work Offline
    .
  2. In the
    Local Files
     tab, double-click the document to open it for viewing and editing.
  3. Make your changes to the document, save it, and close it.
  4. When reconnected to the internet, sign in to GoFileRoom from the ControlPanel, select the document in the
    Local Files
     tab, and select
    Save to GoFileRoom
    .
    Files are uploaded and checked back in to GoFileRoom before being removed from the local files list.
