Create task reports for managers assigned to companies in Company Secretarial
After you've assigned managers to companies, you can give each manager a report that contains the tasks they have for the companies they're assigned to.
Take the following steps if you've not yet assigned a manager to a company.
Open the company.
Select the
Company
tab.
In the Business Activities section, enter the manager’s initials in the
Notes
box.
Save and Close
the company.
Repeat for each company you want to assign the manager to.
After you've assigned managers to companies, select
Tasks
from the menu.
Mark the checkboxes under the Task Types heading to add tasks to your report.
Use the
Due From
and
Due Until
dropdown lists to choose a date range for the report.
The Tasks table shows a list of companies that need completion of the selected tasks. The Notes column of the Tasks table shows the initials of the manager assigned to each company in the list.
Select
Export to spreadsheet as XML
from the menu bar.
In the downloaded
Excel spreadsheet
, use the Notes column to sort the data by manager.
Now that the report is sorted by manager, you can send each manager only tasks they need to complete for the companies they're assigned to.
