Telephone system update — Support Bulletin 27/07/23

We are introducing speech recognition to our telephone system, which means you'll be able to choose options by voice or by using your keypad.
The system will gives you the following available options verbally. For example, if you want to reach Digita Corporation Tax support, you can say "Digita", Tax", then "Corporation tax" or press 1, 1, 2.
