Identify clients using Query Manager

To help you identify affected clients, we've provided some queries for HSBC and Shell.
  1. In Personal, Business and Trust Tax, select
    Tools
    , then
    Query Manager
    .
  2. Select
    Temporary (Work in progress)
    .
  3. Select
    New
    , then
    Query
    .
  4. Select
    Advanced
    , then
    Yes
    .
  5. Download the HSBC query or Shell query and paste it into the main part of the
    Advanced Query
     window.
  6. Enter a name for the query, then select
    OK
    .
  7. Run the Client Details report:
    1. Go to
      Reports
      ,
      Client Details
      , then
      Use Query
      .
    2. Select the name of your query, then
      OK
      .

Updated Dividend Data feed

This issue will be resolved in the next release of Personal, Business and Trust Tax, version 23.2 (anticipated late 2023). If you prefer to update the dividend data feed manually before then, follow these instructions:
  1. Download the updated Dividend files.
  2. Unzip the files and copy them to
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Digita\Personal Tax\Dividend\22-23\
  3. Install these files on any workstations using Digita, Personal Business and Trust Tax.
