Use themes to format Information Requests in Personal Tax

You can use themes to change formatting such as font, text colour, paragraph spacing, and heading styles.
  1. Go to
    Reports
    , then
    Manage Themes
    .
  2. Right-click
    Standard (default)
    and select
    Copy theme to
    , then
    Practice
    from the context menu.
  3. Select
    Copy theme to
    , then
    Practice
    .
  4. In the Practice folder, right-click
    Copy of standard
    and select
    Edit Theme
    .
  5. Apply your formatting changes:
    • Use the
      Paragraph
      or
      Spacing
      tab to change the spacing.
    • Select the
      Text
      item to apply changes to all the text, or select individual items.
  6. When you've finished making your formatting changes, select
    OK
    .
    If you have an Information Request open at this point, you can select
    Apply
    to check your changes affect the request without opening and closing the Manage Themes dialog.
  7. After making your changes to a theme, you'll need to run the Information Request.
  8. Select
    Reports
    ,
    Form
    , then
    Information Request
    .
  9. Select
    Theme
    , then your copy of the theme at Practice Level.
