Customise a copy of a report or invoice template in Practice Management

Follow these steps to make a copy of a default template that you can customise.
  1. In Practice Management, select
    Tools
    , then
    Manage Reports.
  2. Select
    Manage Report Templates
    .
  3. Highlight the report you want to copy, then select
    New
    , then
    Create a copy of
    .
  4. Select
    Refresh Permission List
    , then close the Manage Report Templates screen.
  5. Select
    Tools
    , then
    Manage Roles
    .
  6. Select your role from the
    Role Permissions
    dropdown list. Make sure that
    Report Availability
    is turned on.
  7. Select
    Save
    and restart Practice Management.
  8. Select
    View Bill
    and then the copy of the template you just created.
    If the template opens and displays correctly, follow the next steps to edit the name, default options, and description.
  9. Select
    Tools
    , then 
    Manage Reports
    .
  10. Select
    Manage Report Templates
    .
  11. Select the copy of template and then
    Edit
    .
  12. Rename the template and select any availability options and default choices.
  13. Select
    OK
    to save your changes.
