You can use the Tracker tool to create Tracker Templates for standard activities that your organisation does for its clients. These Tracker Templates contain Tracker Task Templates, which can put in order to create a workflow. Each individual Tracker Task Template can describe a single tasks or a checklist of actions
The Tracker tool will help you to record details such as the staff member who completes a task, start date, and completed date to track workflow.
You can assign Tracker Templates to a single client or assign them in a batch to many clients. Once a Tracker Template has been assigned, it can be edited for the individual client or updated for a batch of clients.
The Tracker Templates are linked to Services, such as Accounts and Payroll. This means that a Tracker Template linked to the Payroll service will only be available to assign to clients who are linked to the same Service.
