Classic Dashboard

Overview

The Classic Dashboard is the initial landing page for any HighQ user who has access to more than one site.
An example of what the dashboard can look like is below:

Versions of Dashboard

There are different versions of the Dashboard for different types and sizes of devices.
As of our September 2023 release, we have introduced an improved site homepage experience with 'lazy loading'. This means that dashboard content is loaded as you scroll vertically, improving faster load times and efficiency whilst content is loaded on-demand.

Desktop and Tablet (Landscape) Version

The Dashboard contains:
  • The Top Navigation Bar
  • A list of sites a user has access to within Site navigation
  • An aggregated view of all Recent Activity from sites a user can access.
  • The user's open Tasks
  • The user's upcoming Events
  • A list of Files you have received or shared

Tablet (Portrait) Version

On a tablet using portrait mode, the Dashboard shows only the Recent Activity section and a truncated version of the Top Navigation Bar:

Smartphone Version

The smartphone version (like on an iPhone or Android device) shows a truncated version of the Top Navigation Bar and the Activity Stream. To access the options menu, users can tap the icon.
