System administrators can manage iSheet templates from

In iSheet admin, system administrators can update, delete and change the status of existing iSheet templates, as well as create new iSheet templates.
System administrators may also sort the list of iSheet templates to define the order in which the iSheet templates appear in the drop-down list for Site admins when they choose to import an iSheet from a template in a site.

Clicking
Edit
beside an iSheet template in the list of templates allows you to update the name of a template or change the status. Changing an iSheet template status from
Active
to
Pending
will remove the iSheet template from the list of available iSheets for import by site admins.

Edit iSheet templates
To make changes to an iSheet template configuration, as well as its columns and views, click on the template title in the list and use the
Add / Edit
links.
You can make changes and additions as you would in any other iSheet.
Deleting an iSheet template
It is possible to delete templates if they are no longer required by checking the checkbox next to the title.
Then clicking
Delete templates
from the buttons above. Once you have clicked delete, you need to confirm this action before it is completed.
If you attempt to delete an iSheet template that has one or more linked iSheets deployed, you will be unable to do so and will see a message similar to the following:
Alternatively, you may mark such an iSheet template as
Pending
to make it unavailable for selection by Site Admins.
Changing an iSheet template with deployed linked iSheets pending does not change the status of those existing linked iSheets. If you want to change the status of all deployed linked iSheets to pending as well, you may do so by clicking the iSheet template name and modifying the Status in the
