Navigation refers to the menu list across the top of a page:
The navigation can be an individual element that links to another area of the system. e.g. a channel, a module dashboard, a publication, a video, etc.
There is also a mega menu option which includes primary headers and sub-headers, which direct you to specific areas of the system:

Within your profile picture menu, navigate to
