Register a Publisher account, log in and reset passwords

Registration

When you are invited to an instance of Publisher, you need to activate your account. To do this, open the invitation email that was sent to you:
In your invitation email, you will see a link to complete your registration process. Select
Click here
to display the
Choose a password
screen:
Enter a password for your account.
If your password does not meet the criteria specified by your System Administrator, you will see the following error message:

Logging in

To login to an instance of Publisher, navigate to the URL of the instance you want to access. A variation of the following screen will be displayed:
Enter your email and password associated with your account, and select
Login
to log in to this instance of Publisher. Select
Remember me
before you log in, so you do not have to log in every time.
Ensure your password meets these criteria and select
Submit
. You will be redirected to the
Email preferences
screen of your profile.

Resetting passwords

To reset your password, navigate to the login page, as shown above, and select
Reset your password
. The
Reset your password
screen opens:
Enter your email address and complete the captcha. Select
Submit
. The following screen opens:
A reset password email will be sent to your registered email address:
In the email, select
click here
. You will be taken to the reset password screen:
Enter a new password and select
Submit
. Your password will be updated.
