Block users from Publisher

You can block certain users from being able to access your instance of Publisher, even if your instances are unified. This enables you to have varying levels of security and to restrict access to potentially sensitive documents or information.
To add users to the
Users blocked from Publisher
system group in your instance, navigate to
System
admin
from the user drop-down menu:
The
System admin
screen will be displayed. Navigate to
Users, organisations & groups
>
User groups
:
The
User groups
screen is displayed, click the
Users blocked from Publisher
group:
The
Users blocked from Publisher
user group opens:
Here, you can view every user who is currently a member of this group. Additionally, you can
Add
new users or
Remove
existing users.
Adding a user to the Users blocked from Publisher list
In the
Users blocked from Publisher list
screen, select
Add
:
Here, you can either search for users to add to the group, or select
Add multiple users
to add multiple users at once:
By selecting multiple users' checkboxes, and clicking
Add
.
Users added to this list will now be unable to access your instance of Publisher.
