Channel content metadata

Channel content metadata allows an admin to filter the content list on the channel and set defaults. This does not restrict the content users have access to but instead shows content based on selected metadata.
When the content list panel is added to the dashboard, the
Respect channel settings
option must be selected in the
Add panel
window:
When you add a new channel, navigate to the
Content metadata
tab:
Select metadata for the content you need to display in your channel. So, for example, if you want to display a content list in your channel, select the metadata related to the content and select
Next
. If you have additional pieces of metadata that aren't displayed, select
More
to view them.
After you add your channel, content tagged with the selected metadata is displayed.
Select
Next;
the Permissions tab opens.
