Sitemaps, SEO and Redirects

Sitemap
  • Publisher does supports XML sitemaps
  • The sitemap can be turned on/off by request and will only list public or teaser content
  • Both sitemap priority and change frequency can be controlled via a DB script, per module. The default value for sitemap priority is 0.80 and the default value for frequency is daily
SEO
  • Each Publisher instance has site-wide SEO settings - configurable by request
  • SEO options are also available per-page, per-module and per-content item. By default, content published to a module will use the SEO settings of the module, however, these can be overridden at the time of content creation
  • SEO options are only available for public or teaser content
Redirects
  • Publisher does not have an inbuilt redirect tool
