Global search in a site or all sites

You can search for all content across every site you can access, or limit the search to a specific site.

Global search

Global search includes the ability to:
  • Search one site or search the whole of HighQ
  • Separate file-related results
  • Select one or more results to perform bulk file management actions (e.g. download, share, move, copy)
  • Change to the search filters without performing a new search - a new search is performed only when you apply new filters
The default search:
  • Uses 'AND' by default to narrow results
  • Highlights any errors in the search syntax before the search is started
