View a client's VAT Returns history
You can view data from Onvio and HMRC about a specified period of your client's VAT Returns history.
- Select My applications > Onvio VAT.
- A list of Projects is displayed. Under the client's name, select a VAT Return project (VAT Quarterly, for example).
- Select the History tab.
- Enter a date range in any of the following sections, then select Query or Query HMRC to display the data.
- Submissions: displays a history of VAT Returns submitted using Onvio.
- HMRC Liabilities: displays HMRC's history of the client's VAT liabilities.
- HMRC Payments: displays HMRC's history of the client's VAT payments.
- HMRC Fulfilled VAT Returns: displays HMRC's history of the client's fulfilled VAT Returns.
- If you selected HMRC Fulfilled VAT Returns, select View next to a VAT Return in the list to see the details.
