Share annotations outside Practical Law
Use the delivery options to share all the annotations you've made to a document outside Practical Law.
Open or select a document that you've annotated.
Choose a delivery method:
Download
.
Print
.
Email
.
On the
Basic
tab, mark the
Annotations
checkbox from the Include section.
note
If the document is a precedent, such as a standard document or standard clause, you'll need to select
Reading View with Drafting Notes
first.
If you chose
Download
or
Email
, choose a
Format
(Microsoft Word, RTF, or PDF).
The document will include:
Notes from the Notes table at the beginning of the document.
The highlights you've added to the document.
Notes you've added to your highlights (these appear on a new line immediately after the highlight, not in the margin).
