Retrieve Digita Suite files from support using Globalscape

To retrieve files sent over by support using the Globalscape website, you'll need to have had a login set up by a member of support which includes a username and a password.
To retrieve the files you'll need to:
  1. Enter the username and password provided by the support team member.
  2. Select the desired file to begin the download, or right-click the file and select
    Save As
    to save it onto your computer in a suitable location.
