Send Digita Suite files to support using Globalscape

Send client data via Globalscape

To send files over to support using the Globalscape website you will need to have had a login set up by a member of support which includes a username and a password in order to access the website.
To upload the files, there are two methods, one for large files (whole backups for example), and one for small files (exports, more convenient):
  1. Large Files
    (database backups): Use WinSCP as detailed here: https://productdownloads.digita.com/digitadocs/Digita_Virtual_Office_Uploading_Backups.pdf
  2. Small files
    : Upload directly to the webpage:

    Uploading large files using this method may cause the page login to time out, and upload to fail.
