Upload new data
- SelectDatafrom the menu bar.
- Select theAll Uploadstab.
- SelectAdd Data.
- To upload data from your files, use drag and drop orBrowse for File.noteYou can only upload 1 file at a time and can only process CSV, Text, XLSX, and XLSB files.
- To upload data from ONESOURCE, choose from theSelect Sourcedropdown list.
- SelectDataFlowto upload data from the selectedData NameofRequest IDfiltered by attributes.
- SelectStatutory Reporting: Journal Entries — Multi-Regionto upload data for a specificReporting Entityfor a selectedFinancial Periodwithin the same tenant or different tenants in the same region or different regions.
- Indirect Tax Determination — Audit Datato upload Audit Data records starting at a specific record using a timeframe. The maximum number of records per request is 1,000,000.
- Tax Provisionto upload data of a specifiedData TypeandDatasetwithin anInstance.
- Entitiesto uploadActiveandDisabledEntitiesand their 107 attributes fromAdministration. The extract is limited to 30,000Entitiesand only pulls the latest version of anEntity.
noteThe applications in theSelect Sourcedropdown list appear according to your permissions. OnlyEntitiesdoesn’t need any specific permission. - When you've selected the data for upload, you can choose aYearandPeriodfor this data. The defaults are the current year and period 1.noteData Hub usesYearandPeriodonly as labels, not for validation.
- Enter aNamefor the data. This is a required field.noteFor files uploaded from your local machine, the default is<name of file from machine> <yyyy>-<mm>-<dd> <hh>:<mm>:<ss> UTC, but you can change it.
- Choose whether to process the data now or later:
- SelectSave and Processto upload and begin processing immediately. This will take you to a page showing details of the uploaded file. If the upload of the status isAwaitingorFailed, you'll go to theAll Uploadstab.
- SelectSaveto upload the file for processing later. This will open theAll Uploadstab.
