This release primarily focuses on resolving print and display issues to enhance the overall user experience. This release includes the following key improvements:
  • Improved Text Alignment:
    We've updated text alignment to better reflect the layout of Tax Office forms, facilitating easier reading and data entry.
  • Updated Description and Instructions:
    Descriptions and instructions have been revised to align with the latest Tax Office forms, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Borders Display:
    Borders are now displayed more clearly.
  • Percentage Display Improvements:
    Percentage values are now displayed more accurately.
The second phase of our Print and Display updates is scheduled for
TaxTime 25
. The phase will focus on further enhancing the international dealing schedule by updating the location of data entry fields for improved display and print alignment.
This release also includes issue resolution and updates to the NextGen company and consolidated workpapers.

While these updates significantly enhance print and display functions, they may not be fully compatible with upgraded calculations.

All forms
Descriptions, instructions and labels reflect the language and terminology used in the current Tax Office forms.
Additional instructional text not present on the Tax office forms has been incorporated into some worksheets. This text is designed to assist you in accurately completing the forms. This instructional text is for guidance purposes only and will not appear on the final printed version.

Consistent Row Printing: All rows in the form will now print to align with official Tax Office forms.

Updates to readability of cells that typically contain longer entries by relocating and using Wrap Formatting.

Double or thick borders will not display when instructions are on.
In some cases a border will be missing when a validation row is displayed. Once validation is cleared and the row hides the borders will display normally.

Data Entry fields alignment updates:
  • Central Alignment: Reference lists, Yes/No fields, non-amount fields, and text cells are now centrally aligned
  • Left Alignment with Indentation: Text entries are now left-aligned and slightly indented
  • Right Alignment for Amounts: All fields containing numerical amounts are right-aligned

Alignment: we have kept to tax forms where appropriate however in some cases the text alignment is changed to ensure better display and print.

Changes implemented to the way page breaks are handled. Previous page breaks may not be automatically cleared during this upgrade process. To ensure your documents print correctly, it may be necessary to manually
