Dashboard

The dashboard provides a quick and convenient overview of your most important data.
The dashboard panel contains three parts:
  • Charts on the
    Overview
     tab provides a graphical representation of the benefits provided across your organisation. Select the
    Export to Pdf
     button to save all the charts on the dashboard overview to a .pdf file.
  • The
    Organisation Overview
     tab shows summary data that you can sort, filter, or export to Excel.
  • Charts on the
    Year on Year Analysis
     tab show a comparison of data between multiple years. You can check the
    View All Entities
     checkbox to show data for all reporting entities in your organization, or use the
    Reporting Entities
     dropdown to select a specific reporting entity.
    tip
    You'll need to clear the
    View All Entities
     checkbox to use the
    Reporting Entities
     dropdown.
Many charts provide additional details:
  • The
    Taxable value by standard category
     chart shows the five highest categories of benefits by taxable value. You can select an option with the dropdown for details about the categories.
  • On bar charts, you can hover over a bar to show precise information about the data being measured.
  • On pie charts, you can hover over a slice to show details. If you click a pie slice, the corresponding entry in the legend to the left is highlighted with a border. You can select multiple pie slices.
