Shared vehicle
is, by default, excluded from RFBA. This option lets you override this rule. If you select No
, the RFBA Excluded? for any vehicles where there is only 1 driver allocated will be changed to No
. Users can edit this field at the workpaper level. The following are some typical reasons why you might use this option:
- Cars that are listed as shared but with only one driver are probably not shared and reportable. Therefore, if multiple vehicles have been uploaded as shared, but with only one driver for the FBT year, it may take some time to check through these. In this case, choosingNofor theRFBA Excluded?option will make all these single-driver cars reportable.
- This option assists larger organisations that upload all cars from fleet reports. The system automatically checks for single sharings and makes them reportable.
