Importing and Exporting Organisation Data

You can export or import you organisation's data. You can use this feature, for example, for migration purposes. The exported file will have the extension.fwp. You can also import an entity file package that has been previously exported from ONESOURCE Fringe Benefits Tax.

Exporting Organisation Data

  1. Select
    Administration
    , then
    Organisations
     on the navigation bar.
  2. On the toolbar, select the
    Export Organisation
     option and select the option for the type of file you want to export.
  3. On the Export Organisation screen, scroll down and select the reporting entities you want to include.
    note
    You can select individual reporting entities, or select the checkbox to select all.
  4. Select the
    Export
     button. The file will be saved to your computer's Downloads folder.

Import Organisation Data

  1. Select
    Administration
    , then
    Organisations
     on the navigation bar.
  2. On the toolbar, select the
    Import Package
     option and select the option for the type of file to import.
  3. If you want to give the new file a name, scroll to the
    New Organisation
     field and type a new name.
  4. You can drag and drop the existing file into the box or select the
    Browse for file
     button and navigate to the file on your computer.
  5. Select the
    Import
     button.
