Example organisation structure
The organisation is the top level of the ONESOURCE Fringe Benefits Tax hierarchy. All data entered relates to the current active organisation. The organisation in this illustration is moderately complex. The organisation encapsulates the whole of business, which in this example is composed of three legal entities. Each entity lodges an FBT return.
Legal entity 1 splits the FBT data for their business into two reporting entities. In this example they are two divisions.
Legal entity 2 compiles all their FBT data into a single reporting entity.
Legal entity 3 similarly compiles all their FBT data into a single reporting entity.
The business has management reporting oversight of both legal entity 1 and 2, so they are placed into a reporting group to facilitate this reporting.
