While it is not mandatory to complete a checklist, we recommend that you consider doing so. This will help ensure important aspects of the FBT legislation have been considered. It will also help prove a process of due care in the event of an ATO audit.
Checklists are specific to each reporting entity within each organisation within each period. Use the Reporting Entity dropdown to select the reporting entity for the checklist.

The checklist can change from year to year as FBT rules and interpretation changes. For this reason you may want to wait until the new FBT year upgrade is received before you complete the checklists.
