Changes to data can be pushed down to child entities so that the changes are synchronised throughout the hierarchy. This function may be automatic, or you may be required to push down for each calculation, depending on your jurisdiction.
A down arrow on the calculation workbook toolbar indicates there is data to be pushed down.
If you do not see the arrow, your jurisdiction uses automatic pushdown.
When you select this button an indicator appears, showing the remaining changes to be synchronised.
You can expand the notifications indicator in the upper corner to show the status of the changes.
Any calculations that are open while pushdown is in progress are shown as locked.
Hyperlinks are shown on the cells with pushed down data.
If the target calculation, sheet, or cell are not found, an error message appears on the banner.
