Save a version of a calculation

You can save changes to a calculation as a new version.

Saving a Version of a Calculation

If you have made changes to a calculation, you can save your changes as a new version.
  1. Make any necessary changes to the calculation you want to change.
  2. Select the Save icon on the toolbar and select
    Save Version
     from the menu.
  3. On the window that opens, enter a comment in the
    Comment
     field to describe the change. The number of the new version is assigned automatically.
  4. Select
    OK
    .
